ACPP Custom Plumbing Parts, ULC (also known as Alberta Custom Tee) has been building copper headers, manifolds, and specialty plumbing parts since 1988. They started with a simple goal: give tradespeople a copper header that saves time, reduces headaches, and fits a wide range of real-world installs. Over the years, they’ve grown that idea into a product line that’s become a go-to standard in the industry.
What we like about ACPP is how consistent their build quality is. They use Type L or K third-party certified copper, CSA approved brass fittings, and high-temperature brazed joints (1160° to 1360°), finished with a professional polished look. Every product is factory tested for leaks before it leaves their shop.
ACPP also has strong custom capabilities. Their in-house custom department can produce one-off and project-specific copper assemblies from 1" to 8" pipe runs, with extruded outlets from 1/2" to 6", plus a wide range of closed ends, reduced ends, and other configurations. This is especially useful when engineers or contractors need something compact and clean that can’t be built efficiently with conventional fittings.
ACPP’s lineup is focused on time-saving header and manifold solutions for hydronics, radiant, and plumbing applications, plus the supporting specialty items that make installs faster and cleaner.

ACPP manufactures copper headers and manifolds designed to reduce on-site fabrication and simplify layout. The goal is a tidy mechanical room install with fewer joints, predictable spacing, and a professional finish. These assemblies are a solid fit anywhere you want speed and consistency without sacrificing build quality.

ACPP also offers a wide range of PEX header and tee configurations that support clean zoning and service-friendly installs. Depending on the model, there are options that incorporate shut-offs and different end styles, which can help keep systems organized and make future maintenance easier.

For the finishing details that make systems easier to install and service, ACPP supplies specialty parts like end caps with vent and drain provisions, along with gauge and thermometer tee options. These pieces help with filling, purging, testing, and long-term access once the system is up and running.

ACPP’s outlet tools are designed to help reround or resize common copper tube ends. They can be a handy field solution when a tube end has been slightly deformed and you need a proper fit again before making up the connection.

Custom work is a big strength for ACPP. They can produce in-house custom copper assemblies across a wide range of pipe run and outlet sizes, which is especially valuable when a job calls for something compact and precise that can’t be built efficiently using standard off-the-shelf fittings.
